(Yellowknife, April 14, 2022) – Labour and Delivery services at Stanton Territorial Hospital has returned to full capacity. This includes services provided to Nunavut residents from the Kitikmeot region, the final phase of service resumption after reduced services. Nunavut residents with due dates after April 14^th are now accessing labour and delivery services in the NWT.

We want to thank NWT and Nunavut residents for their patience throughout the service disruption. Thank you to NTHSSA Staff for their hard work and dedication to getting labour and delivery services back to full capacity and to all patients who travelled for care to make space for the phased resumption and continuation of emergency services throughout the service reduction.
