Public Notice
(Yellowknife, February 7, 2022) – Anyone who downloaded an Electronic Proof of Vaccination Credential (PVC) between January 27, 2022 at 12:00 noon and February 3, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. is being asked to redownload a new credential, to ensure that their credential can be scanned.
The Electronic Proof of Vaccination Credentials system was recently updated, and since the update was implemented, a small number of QR codes have not be scannable. This has been corrected and going forward all electronic PVCs will be scannable.
As always, if individuals are unable to successfully use the self-service form or do not have access to a computer, the following options are available:
- In person pick-up:
- In Yellowknife: Centre Square Mall, lower level, next to the elevators
- In all other communities: At your local health centre.
- Email NTHSSA_covidvaxrecords@gov.nt.ca:
- Include a copy (scan or photo) of government issued photo ID, your healthcare card, and details about where and when you received your vaccine.
