Who Can Access this Service?

• Elders;
• Seniors; and
• Persons with disabilities with assessed ongoing care or support needs

Applicants must have an NWT health care card, and must reside within the selected pilot communities (Behchoko, Dettah, N’Dilo, Yellowknife and Hay River).  Existing home care clients and others who are not a part of the home care program can apply.
