An app is a software application or program used on a smartphone, tablet, or computer (desktop or laptop). For Virtual Care video calls, you will also need to download Zoom before your visit if using a smartphone or tablet. You do not need a license for your Virtual Care visit.

The apps can be downloaded through the App Store (for Apple products) or Google Play.
