There is currently (6pm, May 12) a phone outage affecting a number of health and social services facilities or programs. Please note the alternate contact details below if you need to reach us, if this issue persists we will update this page with alternate contact details for other services as required:

Stanton

Due to the current outage, the phone lines at Stanton Territorial Hospital are currently unable to receive or place calls.   We have distributed cell phones to various departments.  If you need to reach staff at the Hospital, please call the switchboard at (867) 446-5782.  The switchboard staff will take a message and relay that message to the appropriate department.  Staff in that department will call you back.

Unfortunately, this outage also impacts the phones in patient rooms.  At this time, patients will only be able to make or receive calls on their personal cell phone.

Staff will take messages for patients currently in hospital for when the landlines have been restored. 

Inuvik

Public can call 678-4441 to contact the Security/Switchboard for urgent matters.
