Regional providers work in partnership with health centre staff to deliver services in the following areas:
- Dental Therapy
- Diabetes Education
- Health Promotion
- Home Care
- Nutrition
- Rehabilitation Services
Regional Health Services staff provide leadership, program development, support, and supervision to the Community Health Services Workers. All of the regional services are based out of the Inuvik Regional Hospital, and patients are either flown to Inuvik to receive services or have visiting travel clinics. The Inuvik Regional Hospital is a accredited healthcare facility as per the standards set forth by Accreditation Canada. The 51-bed Inuvik Regional Hospital is the only hospital facility in the Beaufort-Delta region.
