YELLOWKNIFE (September 21, 2018) – The Northwest Territories Health and Social Services Authority in collaboration with the Department of Health and Social Services will be hosting a public event to celebrate the opening of the joint sobering centre and day centre at 5111, 50th street in Yellowknife.
