Wrigley, Northwest Territories (July 30, 2026) - As Wrigley begins its reopening plan following the recent wildfire threat and evacuation, the Northwest Territories Health and Social Services Authority (NTHSSA) wish to advise the public that the reopening plan for the Wrigley Health Centre has been initiated.

Full services will resume at the Wrigley Health Centre on Tuesday, August 4^th, 2026, with emergency services available starting tomorrow, July 31^st, 2026.

During emergency services operations, if you are in Wrigley and have a medical emergency, please call 911 or the Fort Simpson Health Centre after-hours on-call number at 867-695-3232. The team there will coordinate with the Wrigley team in the event of an emergency.

If you have a non-urgent health issue, residents are reminded that you can call 811 to speak with a registered nurse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also reach the Fort Simpson Health Centre at 867-695-7000 during regular business hours until operations resume in Wrigley on Tuesday.
