April 7-11, 2025 is Canadian Public Health Week, a time to recognize the contributions of public health and highlight issues that are important to improving our overall health and wellbeing. As part of this initiative, the NTHSSA will be spotlighting public health workers who are making a difference in NWT communities. For our first spotlight of the week, we are proud to recognize Delany Cli who works out of Fort Simpson!
Delaney, who has taken the role of the Public Health-Licensed Practical Nurse position at the Fort Simpson Health Center, is an asset in assisting Community Health Nurses and Physicians in delivering Public Health services. A valued member of her team, Delaney supports the health centre every day by working to ensure that clients have regular access to public health services in the community. Thank you for everything you do, Delaney! Your dedication to your work is deeply appreciated.
