The NTHSSA is pleased to spotlight Stacey Marcellais, a Community Health Worker in Nahanni Butte.
Stacey has been a CHW for the last five years, working out of the Community Health Centre, and plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of essential health care services in the community. Stacey also supports the Nurse on Call at the Fort Simpson Health Centre, who provides services to the community when Stacey is not on duty.
Stacey’s responsiveness and dedication to her role as a CHW highlights her sense of responsibility and care. Her contributions to the health and well-being of her community have a huge impact on the lives of the many people she helps.
