Yellowknife (November 29, 2018) – The Northwest Territories Health and Social Services Authority (NTHSSA) has signed a contract for the operation of the Trailcross Youth Treatment Centre which provides treatment and therapy for NWT youth experiencing social, emotional, and behavi
