Yellowknife Primary Care Vaccination Records Collection Office Closure, New In-Person Service for Proof of Vaccination Record Collections.

(Yellowknife, October 15, 2021) - NTHSSA would like to inform all residents in Yellowknife that the downtown vaccine records office location inside the Primary Care Centre building will be closed at the end of the day on Friday, October 15th.
