Laboratory Services |
Obtain your order from Fort Smith Primary Care and present to the laboratory at the Fort Smith Health Centre for collections between 08:30 and 14:00 Monday to Friday. Laboratory Collections are closed from 12:00 - 13:00 daily. |

This line is currently being answered by the Fort Simpson Pharmacy manager, who can assist with prescription transfers to a local pharmacy.
