(Yellowknife, March 7, 2025): As part of the work under Primary Health Care Reform (PHCR), the Northwest Territories Health and Social Services Authority (NTHSSA), with the Department of Health and Social Services (HSS) are launching a patient satisfaction survey at Yellowknife Primary Care locations.

The NTHSSA is focused on providing health and social services programs and services across the Northwest Territories that are culturally safe, collaborative, and always improving. Your feedback is key to reaching this goal. This short survey, which will be available at the clinics in Yellowknife, is an additional way for patients to share their thoughts on the care they receive. The survey results will be used along with other feedback to guide decisions and improve service delivery.

The NTHSSA hopes that patients will find this survey useful and looks forward to learning about your thoughts on the care provided.
