NOW is a program dedicated to making reproductive choice and abortion services available to pregnant people in the Northwest Territories and Kitikmeot region of Nunavut. Our mission is to provide accessible, patient centered, non-judgmental, evidenced based, safe abortion care.

We are a team of committed, trained, and experienced doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners and support staff who believe in a pregnant person’s right to reproductive choice in a compassionate and confidential environment. Our staff all have specific training and experience in abortion care and counseling and are dedicated to providing these services in an atmosphere of respect and support.

We welcome all pregnant people, regardless of age, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, national origin, marital status, family status, and mental or physical disability.
